How to prepare artwork for processing in GZ media?
GZ Media offers an own service of a prepress studio and a printing house to all customers.
For processing of your order we would appreciate to get your printing data (artwork) prepared precisely according to our technical conditions to ensure the best result of printing.
As the artwork will correspond to polygraphy standards, it is an important step to print data smoothly and to get a sucessfully result of your final product.
Our team is ready to answer all your questions and support you from the begining to get the best result as possible.
We offer following service free of charge:

We can check your supplied artworks incl positioning into our template within 48 hours after your order is complete and released into production. In case of more complicated product (e.g. multi pages booklet, more components) we might need longer time.

We can supply your data electronically before printing to check texts and a good position of the artwork.

We can match colours according your supplied digital proof prepared by FOGRA standard, a colour matching is done always before a print finish application.

We can supply printed sheets or components which are available during a production proces but a mass production is not stoped.

We can check your artwork before you send us completed documents related to your order to be sure that data are prepared correctly. This is available only in case of an existing product.

We are ready to make minor corrections of your artwork.

We can prepare a printed mock-up to check that a design fits to a template precisely.

We can provide a digital proof prepared according the FOGRA 51 and 47 standards

You can attend a printing process to check and approve a printing quality.*

We can provide you first printed sheets (wet proofs) from the mass production and stop a printing process till your approval of a printing quality.*

Problems with your graphic data
Our team of graphic designers make a prepress check of your supplied data. They use modern softwares and other equipments for checking of artworks. In case of any differences or troubles with your data, they will provide you all needed and detailed informations as much as possible to give you a possibility to understand a problem and correct data. Please, read all these information carefully and in case you will need detailed explanations, use following supporting material.
