GZ Media created an application to enable you to easily track your orders in production and to communicate with us efficiently.
Customer Portal is a Web application which enables you to:
- track you orders which are in production or which have already been completed
- track orders ready for shipment
- check information such as billing data, contact persons, etc. specified in your account
- contact GZ Customer Service
- Sign up for the GZ e-mail services e.g. new order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.
- Rate GZ services by leaving a feedback on a monthly basis
The web application can be accessed from our website at the following address:

It is important to type
“https” in the address as it is a secured encryption protocol. Without it you will not be able to log in.
The Portal is available in English only.

If your access has not been activated, please get in touch with your contact person in GZ Media.
When you get your initial access password, please change it to your own, otherwise you will not be able to use all functions.
If you lose your password, please contact us and we will give you a new one.
