The price will be calculated from your particular product specification.

* Production includes the so-called quantity tolerance, which means that within the specified production tolerance there is a quantity difference between the ordered and the actually delivered goods. We are pleased that you are interested in our products, please fill out the documents below and send us the materials for replication (master including the track list) and for CD label and cover printing (artwork).

• Copyright declarations (necessary only if you want to place a CD/DVD media order)
   

The pre-payment invoice can be paid:

1. By wire transfer
2. By payment card (for this type of transaction a signed document must be completed and sent back to us)

An advance payment includes the ordered quantity including any surplus quantity tolerance. *(for explanation see the Price Quotation)
The final invoice is issued for the quantity actually produced and delivered to the customer. Any excess amount is credited back to the customer’s account.
 

The easiest and fastest way to get your materials to us is using our ftp server. It is also possible to supply your materials using physical media. For instructions on how to upload your data to our ftp server go to: (ftp server).

You will get your own account on our ftp server where you can upload your materials (master and artwork) and approve the print materials we prepare. You will also gain access to the Customer Account where you can track your order processing from the beginning to dispatch.

Login data will be provided by your contact person in GZ.

Production will commence after your payment is credited (in the case of pre-payment invoice) and all materials are supplied. We will also keep you informed about the expected dispatch date.

The print and audio materials you supply are checked during the production process, with respect to the procedure technology. We will inform you in case of any shortcomings and will confirm a new production date, which can be postponed due to the supply of new materials.

You will receive a delivery note together with the supplied goods and within 2 days from the dispatch you will be sent an invoice with the delivery note in an electronic form.
